In Person Registration

• 6:00pm CDT - 8:00pm CDT August 18th, 2015

• We will be having in person registration at the arena, Please make sure you have registered your skater online with USA hockey, then on the PYHA website before you attend the in person. You will need to print off the consent to treat form and the registration form and bring them with you filled out. Everyone must attend one of the in person registration.
