EQUIPMENT RETURN - SUNDAY MARCH 11TH

Attention PYHA Coaches, Managers, Parents/Guardians and Skaters:

On Sunday March 11th, the day of the year end banquet, Bill Wright, the Equipment Manager, will open the equipment room at 9 am and leave it open until the banquet ends.  We ask that you return all jerseys, helmets, skates, goalie gear, sticks, pucks and puck bags. We ask that all equipment be returned clean. Jerseys need to be cleaned, dried (hung dry, do NOT use a dryer) and folded.  If you need equipment through Spring League it still needs to be returned during the banquet. Equipment will be reissued (same day) so we can keep track of everything that is loaned out. Your deposit check will be given back to you at the time of return, if there is any equipment missing your check will be cashed on April 1st. Please do not drop off your equipment (jerseys, helmets, skates, goalie gear, sticks, pucks and puck bags) at the arena; it needs to be turned in on March 11th to Bill in the equipment room.  If you have any questions please call or email Bill Wright, his contact information is below.
