PYHA 2ND ANNUAL GARAGE SALE

Donations accepted Tuesday August 7th – Thursday August 9th from 5pm – 9pm

Set-Up: Thursday August 9th starting at 5pm
Friday August 10th 8am – 6pm
Saturday August 11th 8am – 2pm
Tear Down: Saturday August 11th starting at 2pm

Donations of sellable goods will be accepted Tuesday August 7th – Thursday August 9th from 5pm – 9pm. If you need to make other arrangements for your donations, please contact Karie Skarohlid. All proceeds from the sale will go to PYHA. We will be selling all items for a free-will offering.
The following items will NOT be accepted:
• TV’s
• Beds, cribs, mattresses
• Car Seats
• Large appliances
• Constructions material
• Anything Family Pathways won’t accept, we won’t accept.

This is the chance to get a head start on your volunteer hours. Since DIBs is based off registration the system is not ready for the 2012-2013 season yet. Below are the available shifts, please contact Karie Skarohlid to schedule your volunteer hours for this event and they will be credited in DIBs once it is ready.
Tuesday August 7th:   2 people 5pm – 9pm
Wednesday August 8th:    2 people 5pm – 9pm
Thursday August 9th:   At least 6 people @ 5pm until everything is set up, will take as many volunteer’s as possible.
Friday August 10th:
4 people 8am – 11am
4 people 11am – 2pm
4 people 2pm – 6pm
Saturday August 11th:
4 people 8am – 11am
4 people 11am – 2pm
As many as possible at 2pm to help clean up!
