Hours are available on the following days:
Tuesday Aug. 7th 5pm – 9pm 1 Person needed at the arena taking donations
Thursday Aug. 9th 5pm – 9 pm 4 People needed for the garage Sale (donations and set up)
Thursday Aug. 9th 11am – 9pm volunteers needed at the Mille Lacs County Fair
Friday Aug. 10th 8am – 6pm Volunteers needed for 3 hour shifts at the Garage Sale
Friday Aug. 10th 11am – 9pm volunteers needed for 2 hour shifts at the Mille Lacs County fair
Saturday Aug. 11th 8am – 2pm volunteers needed for 3 hour shifts at the garage sale
Saturday Aug. 11th 10am – 9pm volunteers needed for 2 hour shifts at the Mille Lacs County fair
Sunday Aug. 12th 11am – 6pm volunteers needed for 2 hour shifts at the Mill Lacs County fair
At that Garage sale your duties will include customer check out (everything is being sold for a free will offering), straighten up tables, general garage sale selling.
At the Fair we will be having a booth with a dunk tank, we need volunteers to collect money from people doing the dunk tank, hand out flyers about upcoming events at PYHA and volunteers to be in the dunk tunk.
