PYHA Members and Supporters,

The association needs your help collecting 80 hockey sticks for the next "Try Hockey and Learn to Skate" program. This is a free two day program offered by the Boys and Girls High School hockey programs. The goal is to reach over 150 kids and give them a chance to try hockey and an opportunity to skate for free. See the attached flyer for dates and details.

We are asking you to donate any used/extra sticks you have to the association for this current program and for future use. Small wooden sticks for children 4-8 are ideal, we'll take anything you're willing to donate. We are also looking for hockey equipment for mini-mites, especially helmets and pants/breezers.

Please donate your sticks and equipment through your team manager or drop off at the arena in the skate sharpening room. The goal is to have the sticks to the arena byTuesday, October 30th.

During the "Try Hockey and Learn to Skate" program, we will be advertising and promoting our "free" Mini-Mite program. If you previously registered and paid for the Mite D (Mini-Mite) program, we will credit your player's account the fee you paid, excluding any fees paid to USA/MN Hockey. Please allow 60 days for any credits or refunds, if you prefer a check, please contact Carrie Wood.
