Nelson Nursery Flower Fundraiser begins!!

Information will be made available at the arena on the 9th of February.  A couple things to make note of: Flower orders are due Monday, March 26, 2011.  We will not be able to accept any orders submitted after March 26, 2011.  Each seller is to submit one check made payable to PYHA for the for total price of the order.

This is an individual fundraiser, credits to be appiled to next season's ice bill.

Nelson Nursery Fundraiser Profits
$25 gift card = $2.50 profit
10" hanging basket $24 = $10.05 profit
12" patio tubes $25 = $10.05 profit
4 1/2" annual flats $35 = $12 profit
Annual packs $25 = $11.50 profit
 
Please note: 10% of the profit goes to PYHA.

HEGGIE'S FUNDRAISER

Starting February 10th, we will be selling Heggies Pizzas as an association. The proceeds will be going to the association as a whole and not individual ice bills. We will be running it a competition between teams! Each team is asked to sell a minimum of 150 pizzas (roughly 10 per skater). All order forms need to be turned in by February 24th, each order form needs to be turned in with ONE checked made out to PYHA. The order form is attached with pricing. They will also be available at the arena on Friday.

The team that sells the most pizza will be rewarded with a pizza party at the end of the season! Let the selling begin!

INDIVIDUAL FUNDRAISING PROGRAM DETAILS


PYHA has selected several, highly profitable, individual fundraising opportunities to provide an easy way for you to offset your hockey related costs. The individual fundraising calendar will run from January 1st to December 31st. Any credits earned during this period will be applied to your individual ice bill (unless otherwise noted).

  • Profits you generate on any fundraisers will be credited, less a 10% administration fee. Please note:  you must have a minimum of $10.00 credit per fundraiser in order to have your credit applied or a check issued.
  • Fundraising credits will apply to your regular fall season ice bills only. Credits cannot be used for Spring League, Tiger Sports Camp, Clinics, or Pre-Registrations Fees.
  • You may not withhold any payments due because of projected fundraising credits owed to you.
