2013 PYHA Flower Fundraiser
We are excited to partner with Nelson’s Nursery again to offer our members the spring flower fundraiser. Order forms can be found in the arena lobby.
Here are the product offerings and retail:
All orders must be turned in with one check made out to PYHA by March 27th 2013. Delivery will be before Mother’s day at the arena, please watch the website for exact delivery date and times.
Your customers can see the colored sheets of flowers offered by going to www.nelsonnursery.com. Please note – both types of annual flats are sold as “Full Flats” Nelson Nursery cannot send mixed flats. However you could sell them mixed if you have customers that would want to share them.
This is an individual fundraiser and all profits (less 10%) will be applied toward you 2013 – 2014 ice bill that is due in full at registration in August.
PYHA is happy to offer it's member another individual fundraiser! We have partnered with All-Star Fundraising to offer Softener Salt and Mulch for sale. This is an individual fundrasier and profits will be credited toward your 2013 - 2014 Ice bill. Below are links to the order forms and product sheets. Here are the products available for sale:
Sun Soft Extra Course Salt - $6 per bag
Sun Soft Pellets - $6.50 per bag
Sun Soft Pellets with Rust Buster - $7 per bag
Premium Cypress Mulch - $5 per bag
Red Hardwood Mulch - $5 per bag.
All orders need to be turned in by March 29th and delivery will be April 6th.

We are happy to provide our members with another fundraiser, we have partnered with Franco Fundraiser out of Elk River to provide us with a fertilizer fundraiser. You will be able to sell the products April 1st - 11th and delivery will be on April 20th. Here are the product offering:
PYHA has selected several, highly profitable, individual fundraising opportunities to provide an easy way for you to offset your hockey related costs. Starting in 2013, the individual fundraising calendar will run from July 1st to June 30th of the following year. Any credits earned during this period will be applied to your player’s ice bill for the following season, not the current season. Second year Bantams can sell their credits to other members to recoup their fundraising efforts.
INDIVIDUAL FUNDRAISING CREDIT SCHEDULE

The "Raffle Ticket" fundraiser is an important part of the overall success of PYHA. Without full participation from everyone, there is a risk of increased fees. Each family is assigned a pre-determined amount of raffle tickets to support PYHA. You are responsible for keeping track of all raffle tickets. You MUST turn in the money (cash only) and the prize drawing ticket stubs prior to the deadline. If you lose any raffle ticket(s) or drawing ticket stub(s), you will be responsible for the cost of that raffle ticket(s).You are welcome to sell more than the assigned amount of tickets.
