By 8:30 pm Saturday, on the website, the evaluators will have posted what time slot your skater should come on Sunday; posted by Jersey number and color.

PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY.  Locker rooms will be available up to one hour in advance.  Yes, your skater can come dressed, but still arrive early.

You will have to check in with the Registration desk to be sure you have all of the necessary paperwork complete and submitted (including birth certificates, consent to treat forms, registration forms and payment).  We will also have fundraiser information and the mandated raffle ticket information available to pick up.

You will then bring your skater to the Jersey check out location.  Skaters will be assigned a Jersey for the weekend.  Remember this number and color because we will be posting placement information by Jersey number and color, not by name.

THESE ARE CLOSED DOOR ASSESSMENTS, MEANING PARENTS CAN ASSIST THEIR SKATERS IN GETTING READY THEN NEED TO BE OUT OF ARENA AREA AT LEAST 10 MIN BEFORE SCHEDULED ICE TIME.

By Tuesday, October 4th, at 6:00 pm, the final placements, along with your first practice, will be posted on the website and on the front doors of the arena. 

Team practices will begin after October 16th.  Please watch the website for further information.
