Hockey Development Committee

The Hockey Development Committee (HDC) is dedicated to promoting and developing a successful hockey culture for our area’s youth and youth coaches. The committee assumes the duties and responsibilities typically held by an association’s Coaching Director position.

Top Priorities

• American Development Model (ADM) - Implement and teach the ADM at all levels
• Program Development - Build the base of our hockey program starting with 1st and 2nd year players - goal is to have 100 plus mini-mites in the program this year
