Members,
In an effort to make hockey more affordable and to help with recruitment of new players, PYHA will offer four easy installments for the 2013-2014 season. Your player’s ice fees will be divided into 4 equal amounts.

To participate in the installment program, you must provide PYHA with a total of 6 checks at in person registration on August 19th or 20th.

• 1st check will be deposited on August 21st for your first installment
• 2nd check will be deposited on September 15th  for your second installment
• 3rd  check will be deposited on October 15th  for your third installment
• 4th check will be deposited on November 15th  for you final installment
• 5th check will be for jersey deposit of $200 (if you return your jersey check is shredded). Postdated check to 3.31.14
• 6th check will be for volunteer hours of $300 (if you completed your volunteer hours check is shredded). Postdated check to 3.31.14

PYHA has selected several, highly profitable, individual fundraising opportunities to provide an easy way for you to offset your hockey related costs. Starting in 2013, the individual fundraising calendar will run from August 1st to July 31th of the following year. Any credits earned during this period will be applied to your player’s ice bill for the following season, not the current season. Second year Bantams can sell their credits to other members to recoup their fundraising efforts.

Individual Fundraising Credit Schedule is as follows:

• January 1st 2012-July 31st 2013 credits apply to 2013-2014 season
• August 1st 2013 – June 30th 2014 credits apply to the 2014-2015 season

PYHA 2013-2014 Key Dates

• Online registration will open on July 1st.  Deadline for returning players will be July 15th.  We will send a reminder when it opens and a day before if closes
• This will require you to register with USA Hockey as well as pay the PYHA online registration fee of $50.00
• August 19th & 20th – in person registration 5-7pm. Choose one day to attend
• Pre-skate clinic starts for all level on September 9
