PYHA, in cooperation with PHS Hockey, has adopted USA Hockey's American Development Model (ADM) as its official coaching philosophy. We will be implementing the ADM model exclusively throughout all levels of PYHA. This model is focused on the holistic development of all kids consistently throughout the program with an emphasis on fundamentals and skill development. This will ensure consistency in PYHA at all levels. The decision to adopt the ADM was voted on and passed by the PYHA Board of Directors. For more questions about the ADM, please refer to the link provided. Also, PYHA will be having an information session on the ADM at 7:00pm on both nights of PYHA registration.
